The Fond du Lac Lions keep up with the Lions tradition of supporting children with special needs by donating to the Free S.P.I.R.I.T. Riders program in Fond du Lac.  Pictured presenting a check for $1,200 are Past President Mike Konen and President Betty Clausen (center) to Mary Narges, the organization's executive director.  The club's donation provides the upkeep for one horse for one year.  The Evening Lions were also instrumental with the building campaign for Free S.P.I.R.I.T. Riders' new facility east of Fond du Lac by donating $5,000.  Pictured with Duffy, the horse that the club sponsors, are PDG Tom Clausen, Jenny Odekirk, Equine Manager, and President Betty Clausen.
